This application allows members of group benefits plans that are administered by The Benefits Trust to submit and retain a history of their claims by simply taking a picture, or uploading a picture or PDF file of their official receipts for benefits-related expenses. The application will send the claim directly to The Benefits Trust claims processing department. No need to mail, email, scan or fax your receipts. The application also allows members to instantly check their Healthcare Spending Account balances. Always keep your original receipts.
